Work from home : Bliss or a Curse !!

I am a tech lead and have 8.5 years of experience in IT industry . I am such a person who feels discipline is a key factor in every field or relationship…

Since we are talking about wfh in IT industry or anyother field i feel personally its a bliss for me and i think people should take it like this because, it not only helps me to be more distributed to other things and also can focus and try out new things. It increases my flexibility, more and makes me more responsible and flexible towards my work . Once i know my task duration and i also understand the importance of it. So everything lies into you if you know your goals , the priority, wfh can be used in such a beautiful manner …

I am such a person who has improved alot with this liverage given. I worked out on my physical appearance, i became mentally strong .. i learnt a lot of new things i started adapting new things like : i started blogging so yea it was a beautiful gift provided to me by god. Because i still remember whenever i used to feel restless simedays where I didn’t wanted to go to office and my job, manager demands me to come office i used to pray the day that we dont have to go Office. And trust me it came tooo which was unbelievable from that time tilll now i feel it as a miracle and just love the concept being organised in every aspect.

Although upto certain or to some people it acted like a curse, because they felt they are not able to manage their personal life well with their office at home. They used to get so much frustrated that they needed someone outside to interact a new or a one whol they can discuss any issues going on… so because of that people started feeling lonely, anxietic and wanted to go to office or interact once office opens . So its a vice versa case as for sime it can be a best way to just make your self a best version like me : who is still learning although … for few it didnt helped that way…

At the end I would just say understand your priorities, and just balance it out, once these two are doing you will be able to take wfh only as blisss… and will be happier if it continues forever ☺️😃
