Negativity Bias and Trauma

This topic , we hear nowadays emerging in every generation and is impacting their own personal and mental well being . We should never be ashamed of sharing and having a discussion on this .

This is actually a stage when we have our own any past trauma in our life which isn’t cured , resolved and impacts our daily routine and lifecycle . We must have heard from our closed ones , friends just to forget thing, stay calm but it’s never easy to let go things and forget them where you have contributed emotionally and socially . We all know that we get attracted much / pay attention to negative comments , outcomes , experiences even we have received ample number of positivity, appreciations , and love. still our heart , brain focus on the negative impacts or the comments why ?

Because we still struggle to find out the answer why it happened, and if it was supposed to happen why I missed such instances at a very first place . See experiences will be bitter be it career like you are being positive and very sure about promotion and something unexpected happened and , you lost the name in list even you were sure you are the deserving one. In life again parents again you provide your utmost support and love to them still they feel and compare you it with society, or your own family . Then comes in relationships where you feel completely safe , as your own then you realise it never happens like this it needs to be mutually dealt both ways . Friendships where you feel that you are there to support in highs and lows and cut out ego’s and what happens a small miscommunication, and a small bitter experience ends it up.

This could be the main outcome of Rage , ego coming towards us which we even can’t stop we try but our own ego stops this . So how this should be dealt ?

Any past trauma can’t be healed quickly it takes ages , years , and sometimes never ! for emotionally strong person it becomes more tough because he made himself already by the time he never expected something unexpected would turn this up. So at this point of times the people who are close to you , loved ones , family they need to be your support , they needs to understand they need to eliminate such things from the atmosphere around you which haunts you , creates disturbances in your life .if they genuinely feel healing can happen . It’s a two way effort I know it definitely needs to be actioned by you , but there are things where your daily activities rely upon the other person so you need to be there to support her and understand this stage to have a beautiful relationship.

The focus should be only on team support rather being indulged in physical activities , having good diet , these are important and a must but , this bond which you share with one person in family or in your life this needs to be handled properly to have a long lasting bond and welcoming all the positivity and appreciations in life 🩷😊
