Hi Everyone , The caption regarding to this topic is a debatable one , as because of our surrounding , and most important our daily activities we can get insomniac, be it lack of physical exercise, lack of any kind of activities which reduces the stress hormone , and increases the happy hormones .
But lately I have figured out stress is one of the biggest reason for insomnia, and specially who are over thinkers they need to understand, how things go around their mind ever single seconds and this results into collaboration of thoughts and end up a blast at night and you neither sleep not you wake up properly. Un settled things go and run in your mind . But have you ever thought why need to think a lot when you know the end result , it can be positive or negative both ways , let’s say positive, we can say it’s okay just a phase it will go on , something better written for me . Be gratitude for the things happening in life .

Like I am grateful for a supporting family , who were there in ups and downs and every decision and are still there .
I have a job , home , food I can eat , a beautiful body a great health , so why to destroy all of this for one person and one issue , we need to think realise , understand this and no matter what who ever emphasise that you should do this that it should come from you . You are the creator and destroyer of your own journey and life . So next time if you feel insomniac just try these things , I will also try and Off-course will feel better , because life is one people will come and go, it’s Okay to cry , it’s Okay to get hurt , it’s Okay to feel disrespected but people who are not valuable to you there is no reason to just worry and let go your sleep for days and months .
