Insomnia A mental disorder

Hi Everyone , The caption regarding to this topic is a debatable one , as because of our surrounding , and most important our daily activities we can get insomniac, be it lack of physical exercise, lack of any kind of activities which reduces the stress hormone , and increases the happy hormones .

But lately I have figured out stress is one of the biggest reason for insomnia, and specially who are over thinkers they need to understand, how things go around their mind ever single seconds and this results into collaboration of thoughts and end up a blast at night and you neither sleep not you wake up properly. Un settled things go and run in your mind . But have you ever thought why need to think a lot when you know the end result , it can be positive or negative both ways , let’s say positive, we can say it’s okay just a phase it will go on , something better written for me . Be gratitude for the things happening in life .

Write down things we are grateful for :

Like I am grateful for a supporting family , who were there in ups and downs and every decision and are still there .

I have a job , home , food I can eat , a beautiful body a great health , so why to destroy all of this for one person and one issue , we need to think realise , understand this and no matter what who ever emphasise that you should do this that it should come from you . You are the creator and destroyer of your own journey and life . So next time if you feel insomniac just try these things , I will also try and Off-course will feel better , because life is one people will come and go, it’s Okay to cry , it’s Okay to get hurt , it’s Okay to feel disrespected but people who are not valuable to you there is no reason to just worry and let go your sleep for days and months .

Overthinking : A silent Disease

Well the Caption says it all, we definitely need to think -rethink a lot about it , as it can so badly traumatised you that you even won’t understand where and when , you are doing with your mental and physical well being . Well the perfect example is me, and the experience I do go till now from my day to day life , this not only comes from the current phase of your life , the current activities happening in your life it all comes the day you have started seeing it all around in the form of violence in your family , the kind of issues you are going through daily life from childhood . I know it’s very easy when you have people around you they console you and give you positive hopes , that don’t think much every thing will fall into place .

But one thing , I have realised on my life , you do anything for anyone , be it anyone , no one will sort this thing for you no matter the closest bond you have it’s YOU who has to win this battle . This if not dealt properly can result into certain mental illness , and depression on a longer run …. But at the end of the day one thing we all can do is accept the face that what things issues making you to overthink , even you think the , thing will happen and even if you don’t think , the same thing will happen . So No one is yours even your own soul is not , one day you will die the only thing you left is with burnt ashes .

Finding answer is difficult, to overcome for overthinking because I am still struggling to do that , but I see studies say we need to workout, meditation, sit with your closed ones , share things with them be with them who listens you without judging you , because one thing for sure is with overthinker is no matter what he will be loyal to you and will do only good . But harsh truth no one needs this thing , so better just let the things go on, and let destiny decide it , you can only put efforts rest is all Karma .

This is a very beautiful quote , by our great Kalam sir . We all know suffering is everywhere in our personal life, professional life , love life . It’s actually a serious pain in our physical and mental well being . It creates a definite impact on our personal life, but the fact is we can’t avoid neither we can’t deny it . It starts from our day to day activities , starting our day till we go to bed .

We suffer if we don’t reach office on time , we suffer if we miss our deadlines , we suffer if we are late to home , gym or we are late to any other important work for us . We suffer if we don’t get the desired results actually.

So ideally whatever it’s not going as per your plan and is giving you a little discomfort will be categorised as suffering, we have gone through a lots of failures in our lives and have suffered a lot , some people give up, some people gather the courage and learn from those lessons and enjoy their life from that suffering too. So that they can explain to others that it’s normal to be depressed, it’s very normal if you have suffered a lot , or still suffering , because life is like that you will either fail or pass, if you try something new , be it relations , be it a career choice , be it attempting new thing, so why there is a fear or risk of getting suffered or failure ?

No ! There shouldn’t be this is a part and parcel of our life , we should embrace the beauty of life , and take every damn thing as an opportunity and whatever sufferings we have or gone through , realise them as a lesson and boldly move forward with the new hope and achieving something better .

Trust : A building Block

You know whenever we build any empire, home , villa the base is the brick which holds the entire home, or the Villa. Same is the trust it’s just the same , it’s the same building block which is required in any relationship, to make it a successful one and trust me it’s a two way process , for a person like who is always been ditched , or may be not lucky enough in relationships. Realise the importance of it but see the destiny I fail to work in every relationships.

I don’t know, how to get it done , we all say it should come automatically within you, but i say it should be coming with a lot of communication, understanding, investment, sacrifices , tears .

But today’s generation don’t understand the meaning of all this and make quicker decisions , and jump out to any conclusion which results in lack of trust , may be including me , The core thing for all of us : we don’t have patience we are afraid of being alone, we feel lonely , we don’t consider spending time for ourselves . Spending time with yourself is a gratitude & we consider it as a rejection .

We need to work on this mentality, and we need to focus on one thing that the person after all this we are allowing in life we need to be transparent and expect the same level of transparency. Then only the trust can be build and a happy relationship can be maintained . This is applicable in all relationships still we don’t mind others because we name others as friendships, and few relationships as own blood or family , But relationships with partner also should be treated with equal importance, and same love ❤️

Best Friend

Well this topic , is one of my favourite one and offcourse needs no introduction, explanation or any other tagline.But here today I will specifically mention about having a guy best friend, so ideally this is considered one of the safest simplest relationship, according to a person it can have , there are clear cut communications , discussions, you both know each others flaws , you understand each other support each other , it knows that what’s your limit where and when you to have stop just not to spoil the word friendship, and this beautiful relationship Off-course.

However , people make fun of this relationship nowadays may be due to the current ongoing trend , and beliefs they have that a boy , and a girl can never be a best friend , but y can be logically correct to them according to their but I personally believe If proper understanding, and goals are there between two people this can be handled very much gracefully.

We might not be able to give time, when another special person comes into our life, but the understanding is there no matter what the bond will still be the same whenever we will meet and that will be irreplaceable, and that won’t be given to any other one , as you can have ample number of friends , but a best friend will be one only one .

So choose your words of selection , not everyone is ur best friend , or loves you people see you, your behaviour, efforts n then it makes a complete circle .

Grandparents : Blessings

Today’s topic is on grandparents who are the bestest gift to us , who are like fairies in everyone’s life they showed us unconditional love and teach us so many things from the time we are born.

I am often being told by may parents the day I was born my grandparents took care of me as their own child but also celebrated the joy of a girl child who was born in family which was really a very big thing , as that time was a boy dominant society , but inspite of this I still get to know that for raising me their is a big credit of my grandparents.my childhood was not as beautiful as everyone’s, being born in a joint family with clashes along family members and lots of ups and downs with opinions in family members. So it was very tough indeed for me from initial time , be it in terms of financial situation, and other household matters . That time I used to often loose hope and cried a lot being soo sensitive, and my parents were not the one who used to be so closed with whom u could share about anything be it academics, aspirations, or anything.But one thing I am always grateful is whenever I was and I am low I get this answer from my grandmother that don’t worry you will do it , and everything will fall in its place .

Being in one of the toughest time today , life has never been easy for me , and I gathered courage to understand the difference between right and wrong , they are more concerned for me about my future , but they are confident I will find a way for myself. So today what ever I am I feel blessed sand proudly say that’s because of my grandparents endless support and guidance . she has stayed so many sleepless nights during my career days , waking us from bed till now , being thinking more about us which probably a mother does I am the luckiest one I feel whatever courage , I have today n whatever I am today this is all because of them .

So be grateful and just love them , they are the purest souls who will always want your happiness, and will love u no matter what .Don’t hurt them ❤️🧿

Mediation a journey of Exploration

We all go through ,ups and downs in every day of our life , starting from the time we get up from bed , till the time we get to sleep.we go through lots of mood swings , pressures , fear, anxieties. What we forget is we are focusing on our physical health if we do , like workouts, or any physical activities .But the focus on our mental being is always not considered as also priority like our physical health.

This results in lots of issues in our whole system and surroundings we are surrounded by and it directly or indirectly impacts in our system.So how do we make sure we are mentally fit and taking care of our physical and mental health .

The answer to this Off course is well aware to everyone which is by practising any kind of meditation which calms your inner soul, This can be listening any song , or doing yoga , meditate. I remember the time when I was going through a rough time in my life the only focus I had given was not to think about world , relatives , and did what I liked whether being inclined towards religious activities , and being much more devoted to god , and understanding the inner strength of mine , to banane and regenerate the energy inside me , for this initially it was not easy there were so many thoughts going in my mind, not able to focus properly but then slowly and gradually it increased the concentration and helped me to overcome the fear and anxieties of my life and also helped me to be the best version of myself . I personally feel life is all about challenges if you don’t have challenges in life it means your are not living a meaning full life . The only thing that matters if how you keep calm yourself and accept those challenges and mover forward with them. The same I followed understood nobody taught me this thing and I just loved Follow the process of mediation it relaxed my mind , improved focus , and made me a better version .

So I would definitely suggest that focus and being devotional to any kind of positivity is important on in daily routine , it will not only help us to make a better version of ourself but also , it will be helpful for us forever .

We just need to take few seconds or minutes to make our life , day beautiful and to be a better version of ourselves .

Love an emotion or feeling?

Well this word doesn’t need any kind of justification as it’s the most powerful word, and is the beautiful thing in our life which we feel and just it can make you,or it can break you in pieces depends how you take that and give it .

Well, according to you is it a state or emotion or feeling ??

Well !!this could always be a unanswered , debatable ,topic where I am sure everyone will have different view points . Some will say it’s an emotion , some will call it feeling .But you know I feel love is a combination of both feeling and emotion , if you don’t have emotions you won’t be able to express feelings , and if you don’t have feelings then it will be considered as lust, infatuation .

So it requires feelings for each other , priorities for each other , time , understanding and most important, respect. It shouldn’t be happening like nowadays which we are seeing in today’s era that we liked somebody, get into their ass , have sex and Off-course, later on that physical intimacy which is primarily focussed becomes the only reason to be in relationship. it happens with everyone at-least people at this age , generation we all are going through this trend , and somehow forgetting that this is just a path to hell.

Well, everyone , speaks about highlighting these concerns about love , but no one shares how we can , stop being distracted and choose our priorities when we love , or come in relationship. See we all have flaws we all, are selfish in any other ways , but the core thing we definitely need to understand that , even in tough tough times the primary thing you need to have it in you is control, be it emotions , feelings , and once you are ready to be loved or love . Then please express that ,don’t just love for being a sake into others pants !

Just don’t be desperate , because these hamper later on our mental being, a lot!! the casual we make relationships, the short and the bad effects it will produce. Be with that partner who gives u different flavours of life . Who is actually afraid to loose you, who has tears when u talk about separation again here I am not saying only for females ,This is for everyone who know the value of love and to be loved.

Because there are still some people whose childhood was dark and Off-course they need love and affection , and they die to get it . It takes a right person to understand and give all to you .

So to all my beautiful people , love everyone , smile , just try to be serious in relationships, and enjoy love with your partner who loves you the way you love 💕 .

Rise of Drug Addiction

We are today in that era, where we find ourselves adapting those habits which are our short termed happiness . Be it consuming alcohol, intake of anything which gives us short term refreshments. So this rise of consumption of drugs in our country is increasing day by day . Science has proved that consumption of some amount of drug in our body is safe, but that again with proper consultation and consideration. But this is not getting understood and that’s being done on a daily basis , and as a daily dose .

But why ?? Why we can see we are getting bowed to such habits which we eventually know are bad for us , and still do it just to feel ourselves little lighter . Why we are finding that peace in these things instead of adapting such things which is good for us , be it eating good food , drinking good drinks which are good for heart n body and eventually that makes us feel good too.

The answer is simple , The control , The surrounding, The adaptability. These all are interconnected you know we know consumption of anything is dangerous still , we are deteriorating our life and just letting it go like that by taking heavily dosage of drugs . I see , hear lots of younger generation kids are rapidly adapting these habits and are getting unconscious, uncontrolled.now the question comes whom you blame ??

Parents , society, surrounding, learning ??

The answer is inside you , things will be there to distract you, your goal, your lifestyle it’s you who should know what’s your aim, what is your level of happiness, and what you are doing with it .instinct is very strong things which instantly indicates you what you are doing with your life , future , career!!

So to all young generation kids , you are the future of our nation , just don’t spoil your life, your happiness by all these short time happiness habits, and just make your life, future , and career beautiful!!

Discipline: A path to Sucess

Life is a beautiful gift , filled with ups and downs , sufferings , lessons , and what not !!!The only thing which matters is Discipline in every aspect , to make it a meaningful one . We live , we do the usual routine we make sure we eat , sleep, have home a basic need you know which is required to sustain . But what is very important : Discipline once we are disciplined we will see positivity around us , in lifestyle,career, the way we see things and so on.

Discipline plays a important role for me in my life, I think without discipline life is of no use it becomes aimless. We need to make sure do things differently that makes our pace of life a faster one ! We should emphasise discipline in eating habits , sleeping patterns , and everything this must be common everyone says it .

But what people don’t emphasise is get your surroundings also in the same zone to be disciplined, which will motivate you to have a beautiful pattern in living a beautiful life .
